HEART LEADERS ACADEMY

Mission: To nurture and empower students, fostering their development as exceptional leaders who possess the essential qualities of resilience, strength, and emotional intelligence, enabling them to flourish in an ever-evolving world.

Vision: Our vision is to create a supportive learning environment that transforms lives through comprehensive education, equipping program participants with the knowledge, skills, and resilience to excel in trades, employment, and all facets of life.

Heart Leaders Academy is an innovative educational program that integrates academics with comprehensive mental health support, fostering both academic and emotional growth. We create a safe, inclusive space where participants develop coping strategies, resilience, and career skills. As a partner of YouthBuild Charter School of California, we empower marginalized participants aged 15 to 30+ seeking a high school diploma through career-focused programs like coding, trade skills, and higher education pathways.

Founded in 2023 to bridge the gap between education and the community, HLA addresses systemic flaws with a pioneering learning model designed for expansion, ensuring a lasting impact on the education landscape.
