who we serve
Open Heart Leaders serves the majority of marginalized communities throughout San Diego County by offering non-traditional therapeutic and education wraparound programs and services. We combat generational and systemic trauma by addressing families at every stage of life. Our impact on how services are rendered are through our four sectors including life, reform, build and educate.

Wrap around Services
OHL is committed to providing full wraparound services to the community at large. Our wraparound services involve one or more programs or services within the agency that ultimately coincide with each other to resolve any person's needs in one location. Our Wraparound services consist of every client participating in their own treatment plan based on a series of questions that give us as service providers a better understanding of the most accurate needs of the client. We are committed to putting our best effort into aiding in trauma recovery for marginalized communities. We service everyone from the womb to the tomb meaning we continue to work on everyone's behalf involved in any situation.
